Weddings

Thank you for inquiring about having your wedding ceremony at River Oaks Baptist church.  We believe that a marriage ceremony in the church is a worship service.  It is one of the most sacred rites, which the minister performs under the ordinance and authority of the church.  The ministers and staff at ROBC wish to extend every possible assistance to you toward the completion of your wedding preparations.  We want to ensure that your wedding ceremony in our church will be a memorable experience!

Our Wedding Coordinator, Stephanie Wilson, is here to assist you with all necessary church preparations.  Please call or email her to determine if your desired wedding and rehearsal dates are available.  We do not schedule wedding rehearsals, ceremonies or receptions on Sundays or Holiday weekends.  To reserve your dates, please fill out and return the Wedding Application and Contract Agreement pages at the back of the Wedding Policy.  We will also need to recieve payment in full for the security deposit and facility fee.

Please print and look over our Wedding Policy.  Many of your questions will be answered in this document, but you may also contact Stephanie anytime Monday/Wednesday/Friday 8:30am - 3:00pm.  If you desire a tour of our facilites, please contact Stephanie to set up a day and time.
