Senior Pastor Responsibilities

ROBC's Senior Pastor is called, individually or together with other ministers, to proclaim the gospel of Jesus Christ by preaching and teaching the full Biblical revelation, through:

~ planning and executing worship services

~ assuring that the vision and mission statements of the Church are reviewed and updated

~ serving as a leader of the Church in its missions

~ shepherding church members

~ assuring that members receive pastoral care as needed

~ overseeing all administrative activities within the Church

~ leading the ministerial staff and lay leders in serving as servant leaders

~ fostering a close relationship between the church and school
